All returns requests must be received within 10 days of delivery. To return a product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your product details and the reason for your return, so we can keep improving. Once your return request has been generated, we’ll send you a confirmation. You may then await for your product to be picked by one of our delivery agents.
Cancelling an order
Only orders that haven’t left the fulfilment center can be cancelled. To cancel an order, view the order details and tap cancel. If the order has already been shipped from our fulfilment center, then you can refuse to accept the delivery and send it back with the courier. We will refund your order after it is received in our fulfilment center.
If you’d like to exchange something you purchased for something else, you can place a replacement request by contacting our customer care team at email@example.com We will try our best to help you find a replacement.
Most items are eligible for returns (and refunds), except for personal use items such as swimwear, innerwear and accessories. The items should be unused, intact and in their original packaging (labels, tags, boxes, plastic wrap). Please note that items on ‘sale’ cannot be returned.
If the received item is damaged or doesn’t match the product description, we are happy to replace it. If unfortunately, we don’t have a replacement in stock, we will refund you the full amount, including for the shipping charges you paid on its purchase.
To place a return request, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of item to be returned along with the reason of return. We will get back to you with details on how to send the items back to fulfilment center.

Returns with Promo Code
If you used a promo code or discount at the time of purchase, you will not be credited for it. If you want to return an item you received as a gift, contact our customer care team, and you will receive Purplemyst.com credits for that amount.
Refunds will be initiated once we receive your returned items at our fulfilment center. You can expect the refund to reach your Purplemyst.com member account in 3-5 working days.
We automatically give your Purplemyst.com account credits to make the process faster. However, if you wish to have the amount credited to your bank account, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and details. Refunds to bank account may take upto 10 days depending on your bank.
If you had opted for cash on delivery at the time of purchase, please send the following details from your registered email id to initiate your refund:
- Order #
- Full name (as per your bank account)
- Your bank account number
- Your bank’s name and IFSC code
Orders, Pre-orders & Tracking
You can check the status of your order by visiting the “Orders” section of your Purplemyst.com account. Visit the ‘Track Your Order’ section, where you will see a link to track your order via our courier partner’s website. You can then track your order in real time.
Pre-order indicates that certain products can be booked ahead of being shipped by the vendor: this is the case with several international and domestic brands. With this feature, we can offer you a wider array of products, as well as pricing that is far more competitive. The delivery time for pre-order can be found on the product page and may be anywhere from 2 to 10 weeks depending upon vendor location.
We often ship orders in multiple parts, so we can get you each part faster, therefore one of the shipments may arrive in advance of another.
Order Delays or Cancellations
We do our best to deliver all orders within the expected delivery date. However, sometimes, it might take us longer than expected to deliver your product. In the event that your delivery date has passed and you still haven’t received your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your tracking number, so we can look into it.
Orders Cancelled by Purplemyst.com
Occasionally we may have to cancel an order if:
- The product is out of stock or discontinued
- The item is damaged in transit
We will refund the amount to your Purplemyst.com account in such cases.
Damaged on Arrival
If your order is tampered, opened, or visibly damaged on delivery, return the order on arrival and notify our Customer Care team by emailing email@example.com
